Big release day for Rise, Prickle, and Helen#2! These three hedgehogs came in from a rescue Oct 2022 as orphaned hoglets each around 150g. At that weight during the winter season they would not have made it through hibernation. Prickle was overwintered at the sanctuary with Rise and Helen#2 being kindly overwintered by Lauren (one of our volunteers). They were released at weights of 700-820g so all ready for the adventures ahead :) A big thank you to Helen Qunet for calling in the rescues late 2022.
