Alan's Handmade Hedgehog Home
Made from recycled wood by a local volunteer who is a retired wood carpenter. Each home may have slight visual imperfections but are solidly made.
PLEASE NOTE: These are only available for local collection or local delivery in and around Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
These hedgehog homes are hand made by Alan who is spending his free time making them for us. 100% of the money you pay for this hedgehog home goes to the Charity. Alan makes these for love of the hedgehogs.
Features:
- Very solid made from pine wood or a hard wood.
- Perfect dimensions for both nesting and hibernating hedgehogs.
- Roof is waterproof.
- Cat and large mammal prevention from access with a small tunnel to enter.
- Small wooden feet to raise them off the ground increasing the life of the home.
- Access from the lid for cleaning.
