Walking Through Ayot Woods Ancient Woodland with Domesday Species & Roman Influences

Writer: Hedgehog SanctuaryHedgehog Sanctuary

‘Walking in the woods with Martin of Hornbeam Wood Hedgehog Sanctuary and Simon of Rectors Wood’

This is a very special and rare glimpse (a mini documentary of sorts) of a private 52 Acre domesday woodland with Roman landscaping. I've personally been eagerly waiting for sometime to see it and recently had the privilege of walking through this wood with Fern (my dog) and the owner Simon. It was fascinating for me and I recorded clips of the walk which I've combined in to this video.

With thanks to Simon.
