With funding from Wheathampstead Parish Council we are running a competition for local children to design and draw a poster that we can use to highlight hedgehog friendly areas and gardens in the village.
DEADLINE FOR POSTER ENTRIES: Sunday 28th November 2021
The poster must be hand drawn, A4 size and include the wording Hedgehog friendly area.
Posters should be scanned and emailed to hogs@hwhs.org.uk or posted to:

All submissions should include full name and address of the artist, an email address for the parent or guardian, and the age of the child.

The posters will be judged by representatives from the Wheathampstead and District Preservation Society (WDPS) and the winner will be announced in early December. The funding from the Council will be used to print 500 waterproof copies of the poster to be distributed around the village. The winner will receive a trophy and a selection of goodies!!
