We would just like to thank you all for the amazing and very generous support we have received over the years. One of our most valuable spaces at the sanctuary is definitely our Hedgehog Hospital!
The Hogspital has saved countless hedgehog lives this year and has been an extremely valuable asset to the Charity. It has been used to save hedgehogs that had fallen in to holes being trapped and cold, hedgehogs that had been caught up in litter and plastic netting, hedgehogs that had bad infections, hedgehogs that were underweight emaciated and dehydrated, and a lot of tiny baby hoglets that were cold orphaned and alone without their mother.
We've got a large amount of amazing hospital equipment inside the hospital most of which has been purchased through your hard work in fundraising on behalf of the Charity with a special thanks to Frances Bell for spending a huge amount of her time to raise funds.
As we get closer to the colder times of the year the hospital will become even more busy with rescued underweight hedgehogs during the wintery frosty times when they should be hibernating.
